Insecurity

tell me can you hold on,
when they say you should change,
can you lift your head high
and stay strong?
Will you give up, give in,
when your heart's crying out
that it's wrong?
Will you love you for you,
at the end of it all?
In life there's gonna be times
when you're feeling low
and in your mind insecurity
seems to take control.
We start to look outside ourselves
for acceptance and approval.
We keep forgetting that
the one thing we should know is ...
don't be scared to fly alone,
find a path that is your own.
Love will open every door,
it's in your hands,
the world is yours.
Don't hold back and always know,
all the answers will unfold.
What are you waiting for?
Spread your wings and soar.
A Whisper.

A whisper you gave to me,
so gentle to my ear,
saying all the loving words,
that I just love to hear.
This whisper you gave to me,
Came as soft as a winds blow,
telling me many secrets,
which only I would ever know.
That whisper you had given me,
has been locked away with a key,
But if ever I feel lonely,
I'll unlock that whisper you gave to me.

Secret life. In my minds eye, I sit with you beneath the stars. We share our dreams of a brighter future.
We expose our most intimate feelings, exchanging glances, perhaps blushing at times. Our hearts
filling with the joy and excitement of our love, passion and the prospect of our future.
I awaken, turn to embrace you.
Your not there! Was it all just a dream?
Are you real?
Or are you a figment of my imagination.
A fantasy of my inner most desires?

Princess who steals my heart!
Dreams of passion long and willing,
heart of a princess sweet and true,
arches of rainbows fill the sky,
her letters of promise still continue...
Perfume drifts all through the air,
I give you a kiss aloft your face,
cheeks felt of peaches and cream,
my heart now beats back in its place...
longing for years of one fare soul,
a journey that has ended, victory in SIGHT!
The feeling of love overcomes me tonight...
an aurora of happiness binds me to your light...
Tears of joy falling from my eyes,
holding your hand, kissing your lips,
music is echoing all through the air,
two hearts waiting for the moment of truth,
a spell being lifted from a century of dispair...
A path of red roses paint the way...
you've come into my life and I want you to STAY!

The perfect dream to me
would have to be ........
Us on the beach
walking hand-n-hand
running our toes through the sand
on a warm breezy night
trying to make everything right
then to hold each other very tight
telling our hopes
sharing our dreams
of what our future may bring
to be together
just you and me
would be a perfect dream |
Today I Will
I been hurt so I sit in the rain,
I cry so hard, no1 can see the pain,
The rain drop, they cover my tears,
The wind... it plays with my fears,
I give up, I have nothing left,
I await for the angel of death,
A voice is heard from a distant corner,
A girl, with the rain pouring on her,
" I know you, and have for quite some time",
"You were always there, but never was mine",
Why does she care,
It just isn't fair,
Sitting in the rain with me,
Making me smile at thee,
She said she wanted to fix what everyone broke,
And for you this poem I wrote,
But I tell you this now and I hold this to be true,
Today I will begin the journey to love you,
It won't be easy, a real hard things to do,
But when I say it you'll know will be true,
The Journey will be hard and when it is through,
Today I will be the one to love you.

When your life is down, you wonder around and think of where you went wrong.
Though time will tell through this empty spell, and you learn that life goes on.
The love you find will come in time, and that is without no doubt.
You will overcome those fears with the joyous tears, then you learn what your life is about
Love is something that is hard to find, but don’t give up on fate.
For your wants and needs will fulfill your dreams, when you heart has opened that gate.
Love and life is a beautiful thing so hold on to what you find, because what you've found wont come around until you open your heart and mind.
Love is special and love is true, on this earth it will always be.
Though there's lots of hate that has accumulated,
be strong with the life you lead. |

Cheating the heart!
Why the hell did you care?
It wasn't your heart breaking.
You feel no pity,
for I felt none for you.
We started this all,
One day after work.
So now you decided to wait.
Doesn't mean I didn't deserve it.
I confess and take all blame.
I would say take it one day at a time.
But hell is there a choice for two at a time?
My words pierce like arrows.
As yours, dose, slowly hurts.
Mine cutting you with intension.
Yours were banging with a blindfold.
You kiss my sores,
And apologize.
Please don't do that.
For I truly don't deserve it.
